Their whole deal is about setting up these leases that last for six years initially, and then they can keep going after that. They offer farmers this purchase lease thing where they buy a farm and lease it back to the farmer for six years. And then, if the farmer wants, they can buy the farm at the end of those six years. It’s like a rent-to-own situation for farms.

Rex is all about organic farming. Everything he does is organic, and when he gets new land, he transitions that to organic too.
